I had the pleasure of capturing Miss Lilah's newborn portraits in April. She was so sweet and made my job easy.
For Miss Lilah's newborn photography session one of my questions I always ask my mama's is:
What colors are you using in your baby's nursery. I also what colors are in your living room. I ask for the colors of these two specific rooms because that is most likely where you will be displaying your images.
The colors I will use through out the session will come from the nursery room. These are colors that the parents have specifically choosen for their little one. In this case, mom wanted to use green amd white with a bit of pink. She stated that she wanted Willa's images to coordinate with big sister's newborn images, which we used purple and white for big sister Emelia's newborn photos.
Family images and break downs like mom/baby, dad/baby, sister/baby we use colors that work in the living room. I still like to incorporate a main color, like in this instance green, within the family groupings in a newborn session. It gives the whole gallery a bit of harmony.
Thank you to Lilah's parents for choosing Angi Randall Photography once again. I am honored to have captured these sweet images for you and your family.
